ready?


Almost ready to sit back and relax.....

The vanilla bean custard & pudding are done & ready to take as our contribution to my brother & sister in law's house tonight, (it is a Christmas Eve celebration in this family).

This year the pud is gluten free with hazelnut meal instead of flour, (I'll let you know how it goes). It sure looks & smells good. I'm also quite fond of the fact my pudding basin is called a 'Cinderella'.

Full swing!

The silly season is in full swing! Check out the latest menu additions on the menu page to see what I've been up to.

As they say, no rest for the wicked.

One more Christmas market for me this coming Sunday. I'll have yummy goodies to munch whilst shopping, together with gifts to take home for that someone special.

It has been a busy month; after Sunday I might just sit back and order one of these.
