ready?


Almost ready to sit back and relax.....

The vanilla bean custard & pudding are done & ready to take as our contribution to my brother & sister in law's house tonight, (it is a Christmas Eve celebration in this family).

This year the pud is gluten free with hazelnut meal instead of flour, (I'll let you know how it goes). It sure looks & smells good. I'm also quite fond of the fact my pudding basin is called a 'Cinderella'.

Hope you all have a wonderful time catching up with friends & family over the festive season.

    The pudding was SUPER delicious! We don't have any gf people in our family, I was just experimenting on them! I think I'll keep the recipe this was though as it was wonderful and moist.
